Anything sent through the website is a request, not a guaranteed booking. It becomes binding only once we confirm it by email or phone. The reference number shown after sending only confirms that your request was received.

Availability shown on the website is indicative and may change until your request is confirmed. Please give us accurate contact details so that we can confirm it.

• Prices on the website are estimates in Albanian lek (ALL); euro amounts are for guidance only. The price we confirm to you is the one that applies.
• Payment is made at the property. Cash and card payments are accepted; for other payment methods, please check with the reception before you arrive.
• The website does not collect card details and takes no online payments.

Cancellation and amendment conditions are set out in your booking confirmation and may vary by season, room type or event. If your plans change, please let us know as early as possible at info@kompleksiunivers.com or on +355 67 201 1117.

• Check-in: at any hour (the reception is open 24 hours a day). Check-out: from 11:00 until 12:00.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Children are welcome. Cots are provided free of charge for children up to 3 years old, subject to availability; extra beds are not available.
• You may be asked for a valid identity document on arrival, as required by law.
• Please respect the peace of other guests and the premises.

A table reservation is valid once our team has confirmed it. If you are running late or cannot come, please let us know so that the table can be offered to someone else. For large groups we may suggest our events form instead.

An event enquiry, and any indication of date availability on the website, does not reserve a date; a date is held only once confirmed in writing. Every event is governed by a separate written agreement setting out the menu, prices, deposit (if any), timings and cancellation terms.

• We try to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but it may contain errors or change, for example opening hours, services or prices. Information we confirm to you directly takes precedence.
• Some photographs on the website are illustrative and may not show our spaces or dishes exactly.
• We are not liable for indirect loss arising from use of the website or from temporary interruptions to it. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it, nor your rights as a consumer.
• Guests are responsible for any damage they cause to the premises.

The text, logo and design of this website belong to Kompleksi Univers or are used with permission; illustrative photographs are used under their respective licences. Please do not reproduce them for commercial purposes without our permission.

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Albania. We will first try to resolve any dispute amicably; otherwise it will be heard by the competent courts in Albania, without prejudice to any mandatory rights the law of your country grants you as a consumer.

We may update these terms from time to time. Each request is governed by the terms in force when it was sent.
